Step 1 

  • Inquire with your connection on whether they have a business problem

    • Excessive lead times​

    • Bad on-time delivery

    • Growth pains or desire

  • Need ISO certification

  • Relocating, expanding, consolidating, merging

  • Facility layout constraints

Step 2

  • E-mail them and us (Matt@MoreEffective.com) introducing us & the problem needing to be solved or service needed (see below for email help)

Step 3

  • We setup a FREE [virtual] meeting to get to know each other and narrow into how we can help​

    • 30 to 60 min

Step 4

  • We setup a FREE on site visit â€‹

    • 2 - 4 hours typically

Step 5

  • We create a 4 page proposal of work â€‹

    • Typically 1 - 2 weeks to finalize

    • This is the $$ amount we base your referral fee on

Step 6

  • We apply for grant money (if applicable) â€‹

    • Typically 1 - 2 months to get it approved

    • $125,000 typically obtained in MA

    • $10,000-$50,000 typically obtained in NH, VT, NY, OH, WA

Step 7

  • We start helping your friend's company

Step 8

  • After 3 months of work, we send you a check for 5% of the proposed work amount up to $5,000

    • <$100,000 you get 5%​

      • No less than $1,000​

    • >$100,000 you get $5,000
