Robin Tindall: Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt

Robin's expertise is in both Six Sigma and Lean Thinking strategies. Having taught dozens of Six Sigma Green
and Black Belts, as well as Lean change agents, Robin has a true gift with training people in basic and advanced concepts and transfering those
skills into breakthrough results. Robin has conducted over 25 Lean and DMAIC events that have realized savings between $9,000 and $200,000 per event.
These savings could only be accomplished through drawing the best out of people and fostering them through post kaizen sustainment efforts. Some Kaizen and DMAIC
project examples are productivity (freeing $1.9 Million in capacity), machine setup reduction (30-70% improvement), and order entry / lead time reduction (6 days &
$200,000).

Robin excels by forging through a variety of industries like capital equipment manufacturing, printing and paper, hospitality,
transactional businesses and service industries where her entire span of performance improvement tools have been used. Moreover, Robin has enjoyed
helping companies engage their entire organization through a cultural and strategic transformation.
Robin has been a Production Manager, Corporate Black Belt and Management Consultant. She also holds a BS degree in Engineering
from Princeton University, an MBA from the University of Vermont, and a PE (Professional Engineer) license.

Mike brings with him a breadth
of industrial engineering experiences that

designs and solutions.
Mike helps clients in difficult expansion,
flow and process design challenges by providing
lean manufacturing perspectives or capacity
growth and flexibility decisions. Clients
appreciate the spectrum of his expertise from
shop floor operations management to executive
team facility and design advice. |
There is another professional
side of Mike with a passion for user interface
product designs and human factor engineering
that give clients a broad array of human and
technical expertise. Mikes latest work with Boston area hospitals has helped the human side of Emergency Medicine with patient feedback systems.

Melissa began working as a consultant
in 1994. Prior to working with corporate
clients, Melissa’s work in leadership development
began at Merrowvista Education Center, 1994 – 1995
where she worked on their ropes course as an
outdoor educator and led groups on biking, canoeing
and hiking trips in the White Mountains.

a corporate consultant, Melissa’s leadership,
