Matt offers more than 18 years
of experience as a Lean Master Black Belt, industrial engineer, trainer,
change agent and management consultant helping
small to large hospitals and Fortune 25 to
1000 manufacturing corporations.
Matt’s “Lean Thinking” pedigree
stems from Freudenberg-NOK, Toyota Motor Corporation,
Motorola and a vast array
of businesses that have successfully forged
through continuous improvement initiatives.
Since 2001, Matt has also helped more than 100
hospitals transform their business utilizing
Lean Healthcare and Six Sigma tools and
techniques. |

products. He is the quintessential

battlefield. He has extensive
experience in automotive, electronics, metal stampings,
and plastics industries. Brian has inordinate
knowledge and a breadth of experiences in six

Mike brings with him a breadth
of industrial engineering and consulting experience that

Mike helps clients in difficult expansion,

lean manufacturing perspectives or capacity
growth and flexibility decisions. Clients

side of Mike with a passion for user interface
product designs and human factor engineering
that give clients a broad array of human and
technical expertise. Mikes latest work with Boston area hospitals has helped the human side of Emergency Medicine with patient feedback systems.

engineering divisions of General Dynamics and
Microsoft Corporation. He has worked for
fortune 100 companies and various industries

Melissa began working as a consultant
in 1994. Prior to working with corporate
clients, Melissa’s work in leadership development
began at Merrowvista Education Center
where she worked on their ropes course as an
outdoor educator and led groups on biking, canoeing
and hiking trips in the White Mountains.

a corporate consultant, Melissa’s leadership,

Drew Deresienski: Lean Enterprise Deployment

Drew has been deploying Lean since 2006. His Lean
experience started with a 100 bed hospital in Rhode Island conducting events in Dietary,
Facilities and Supply Chain. Drew continued to deploy Lean in Healthcare sweeping through
Finance (billing, coding, collections) and the O.R. Today, Drew conducts Kaizen's and helps
transform hospitals through training, kaizen's and projects. His strength centers on getting
employees and managers to harness improvement and lead them to apply simple solutions that yield
lasting results.
Drew's expertise has evolved through experiences with manufacturing as well.
His skills in process mapping, Lean Kaizen's, data analysis and observation/Gemba studies
provide clients with a thorough and collaborative approach that aids in transforming their business.

Erik offers over 8 years of experience with small to large

Erik has inordinate specialization in using the spectrum of industrial engineering and Lean-Six Sigma
