Because you can customize your special event, there are lots of options that you can take advantage of like staying overnight, having your family come and do nearby things, on site dinner, renting our 15 person van or even arrive via helicopter! 

LUNCH (cost included!):

We offer a wide variety of cuisine for individual tastes and diets, and we will cater it with a personal touch.  The menu has a selection of buffet style, typical hotdogs & hamburgers, sandwiches/subs or a more healthy alternative with fruits and vegetables.  Feel free to bring your own delicacies; we can keep them cold for you.

DINNER (cost not included):

If you don't feel like driving back immediately, there are places to go locally or even on the event's campus!  Call us for more information on catering a dinner for your group at the course itself.  Some course locations offer a dining hall and more intimate dining.

GETTING THERE (cost not included):

1. 15 Person Van: The easiest option is to have us rent a 15 person van and come pick your whole group up.  Starting the day as a team and without delays will eliminate stress and get your team off to a great empowering start.  Think of all the songs you can sing together en route, and all the funny stories on the way back!

2. Car Pool: Designate a coordinator within your group and arrange for everyone to leave together and follow in several cars or just have everyone meet at the event location.  Some members may opt to drive separately and bring their family.  Families can come and enjoy many other things going on around the area near the event.  Families can not participate or interrupt the event at all during the day barring emergencies.

3. Helicopter: For those with a bigger budget, the thrill for excitement and to really enhance the experience, we have a relationship with a pilot who has many helicopters to choose from.  They can land at a hospital and most places you wouldn't even think of.

Pricing Details:

1. Groups greater than 22 can definitely be accommodated.  Prices can be reduced by as much as 50%

2. Previous and existing MEC clients can get up to 10% off the full day fee

3. There may be a 60% increase in price if a more expensive location is needed due to logistics or scheduling conflicts

4. Payment is due prior to the day of the event, either by mailed check or on-line Paypal (that handles credit cards).  We will provide our Paypal account #.

5. We reserve your date with a non-refundable deposit.  Re-scheduling is possible. A surcharge may apply.

15 PERSON VAN:

$250     Includes rental cost, mileage, gas and tolls for the entire day.  No separate half day price.

HELICOPTER:

$800 per hour     We know this is expensive, but at least you know what the cost is!

OTHER:
