Matt offers more than 15 years
of experience as an industrial engineer, trainer,
change agent and management consultant helping
small to large hospitals and Fortune 25 to
1000 manufacturing and retail corporations.
Matt’s “Lean Thinking” pedigree
stems from Lean Sensei’s at Freudenburg,
NOK, Toyota Motor Corporation and a vast array
of businesses that have successfully forged
through continuous improvement initiatives. |
Matt worked for Motorola, Inc. for over 4
years and received his Six Sigma certification
that he has trained others in Green Belt and
Black Belt certification tools and techniques.

Dave LaCourse, P.E.: Healthcare Expert

Dave's progressive
experience using IE methods in healthcare organizations
started in 1970, while graduating from the
University of Wisconsin with a Master's Degree
in Industrial Engineering. His first position
was Engineer on the Nurse Utilization Project,
funded by the Kellogg Foundation. That project
was based on leading nursing staff teams through
the systems design methodology to develop and
implement the best known processes to meet
patient care needs. |
Since then,
Dave LaCourse has continued to apply IE in
healthcare organizations, working for consulting
firms, individual hospitals, multi-hospital
systems, and as an independent consultant.
He has performed departmental
and multi-disciplinary projects in more than
50 healthcare organizations across the United
States. He has an alliance with More Effective
Consulting to help educate and serve New England

Brian Whitehouse: Six Sigma Expert

A Master Black Belt with more
than 15 years experience leading in quality
in automotive, electronics, metal stampings,
and plastics industries. Brian has inordinate
knowledge and a breadth of experiences in six
sigma, lean manufacturing, quality engineering,
manufacturing management, and ISO/QS9000 quality
systems.

Melissa began working as a consultant
in 1994. Prior to working with corporate
clients, Melissa’s work in leadership development
began at Merrowvista Education Center, 1994 – 1995
where she worked on their ropes course as an
outdoor educator and led groups on biking, canoeing
and hiking trips in the White Mountains.
As
a corporate consultant, Melissa’s leadership,
team development and strategic implementation
programs have served a broad range of industries
from health care to school systems to fortune
