employees as Yellow Belts and position them for Green Belt status and project initiatives
within 2 - 3 months.

Green Belt Certification:

trained and certified Green Belt's can conduct introductory
training within an organization and can lead improvement type kaizen, PDCA & DMAIC
projects.
-
A business should
initially target 20%-30%+
employees as Green Belts and position them for
Black Belt status within 6 to 12 months.

Our Green Belt
graduates can opt and are prepared to take the
Lean SME Bronze exam or the Six Sigma ASQ exam.

A typical Green Belt program is
4 - 5 days
